Hi! I'm Eleanor and I have the best job in the world! 

I'm a photographer in North Somerset and love to shoot weddings and lifestyle portraits!

My imagery would be described as mainly documentary style. It is natural, unobtrusive and relaxed. 

I’ve been priviledged to shoot so many different weddings during my career – From grand cathedral weddings and country house receptions, to graffiti covered urban settings, woodlands and beaches, tiny islands with no electricity, family farms and 4000 year-old stone circles, baking hot ceremonies by Italian lakes,  freezing cold snow covered hills overlooking the sea, Muslim weddings, Jewish, Buddhist, Hindu, Humanist ceremonies, Pagan, same-sex, civil…. I am delighted to photograph weddings throughout the UK and abroad. 

Portraits of families are so precious. Whether yours has recently expanded, if you are marking a special occasion, or if you just want some updated images for the walls. My lifestyle portrait photography focuses on capturing personality in natural photographs set in beautiful locations. Memories that will last a lifetime. 

Creating memories through wedding imagery is just amazing. Happy couples, friends and family, together enjoying one of the best days of your life - I count myself as very lucky to be able to spend time around joyful people, doing something I love. I really care about my couples and believe it shows through in my pictures. I love to get to know you all and I'm so happy that I get to be invited to be a part of your celebrations. 

The way I capture a wedding day is very relaxed. I still incorporate the more traditional elements of the day with a handful of group shots, which keep parents happy and it's lovely to record everyone in a timeless way that has been echoed down through the generations. But, the majority of my day is capturing the emotions and special moments. That’s what makes every single wedding unique, because each and every couple is different.  I'm a multi-award winning photographer and I've had my imagery featured in regional and national magazines. 

Wedding photography is so incredibly important. (I'm going to say that, I'm a wedding photograher) After the confetti has settled, the dress has been packed away and the champers has been downed, it's one of the few things that you have to look back on from your amazing day. I don’t take this responsibility lightly. I capture all of the the  detail, every part of your day - every glance, each happy hug and  tear and hand them back to you to relive time and time again. I thrive on creating photographs that exceed my couple's every expectation. 

As for me- I live in a village called Langford, in North Somerset between Weston-super-Mare and Bristol. I live with my husband Ads,  two children - April and Anna and a German Shepherd called Juno. I laugh loudly and often, I love to chat and am more than a bit wedding obsessed! When I'm not shooting weddings or wrangling small children, you will find me with a  book or being dramatic at my local theatre club.
